Coverage for Boats, RVs, Dirt Bikes, and Other All-Terrain Vehicles

Boats and Personal Watercrafts 

All boats and water vehicles are required, by Arizona law, to be registered and insured. We have policies for boats of all sizes and personal watercraft for personal use only.

The insurance required by the State of Arizona is the same minimum liability required for auto insurance. We have optional higher liability limits and full coverage, including comprehensive and collision, uninsured and underinsured boaters, personal effects, fishing equipment, and on-water towing. Recreational Vehicles

Coverage is available for all classes of RVs for either vacation use or full-time living use. After liability, which is required by the state of Arizona and all other states, many optional coverages are available with full coverage. Some of these are:

  • Vacation Liability (For Vacationers)
  • Personal Liability (For Full-Timers)
  • Personal Effects
  • Roadside Service
  • Towing Package
  • Disappearing Deductibles
  • Most of the same coverages are also available for travel trailers, with the liability, which would be covered by the vehicle towing the travel trailer.

Motorcycle Insurance

Motorcycle Insurance is available at Evans Insurance Inc. and is very affordable. This will cover most privately owned makes and models of motorcycles and scooters licensed for on-road and personal use. Most quads are also insurable under this coverage—no racing or stunt bike usage coverage. Motorcycles, trikes, ATVs (3,4 & 6 wheels), dirt bikes, mopeds, scooters, golf carts, alternative three-wheel vehicles, and segways may be insured under motorcycle insurance.

Dune Buggies and Bajas 

Dune buggies and bajas can be written under our personal auto insurance for personal use only. Liability and full coverage policies are available. Vehicles must be licensed or be able to be licensed for street use.

Snowmobiles

For the first time, we are pleased to announce that we now have snowmobile coverage available. As with motorcycles and other all-terrain vehicles, it is available as liability only or with full coverage.

Travel Trailers

Travel Trailers, including toy haulers, for personal use, can be written under our recreational vehicle program for comprehensive collision and various optional coverages. Depending on usage, vehicle towing or commercial coverage covers liability for these vehicles. These same trailers can be insured under commercial auto insurance when used for business or commercial purposes.

Animal Trailers

Animal Trailers can be written under our commercial auto insurance policies, with rates depending on usages, such as personal farm or commercial use. Liability coverage is not available for trailers since the liability is covered by the towing vehicle. The towing vehicle must have the correct personal or commercial insurance. Comprehensive and collision coverage is available, along with other optional coverages.

Utility Trailers

Utility Trailers can be covered under our commercial auto policies. Rates will vary with usages, such as personal use or commercial use. Liability insurance is covered by the towing vehicle, which must have the proper commercial or private coverage. Comprehensive, collision and optional coverages are available.
